Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up rested, especially when stress is involved.

SameDayPsych isn't for emergencies or crisis care (call or text 988, or call 911). If your clinician thinks you need in-person care, they'll tell you.
Our approach
Medication can be a useful part of care. It's never automatic, and it's always your decision with your clinician.
Your clinician recommends options with solid research behind them, matched to your symptoms and health history.
Follow-ups track how you feel and any side effects, and your plan changes if it needs to.
If you want to change or stop a medication, your clinician helps you do it safely.
They do different jobs, and many people use both. Not sure which you need? Start with an evaluation.

In-person psychiatry waitlists often run months. We're built for same-day care.
Clear pricing up front, and for most PPO plans we can bill your insurance.
Care from home, and your information stays confidential between you and your care team.
Talk openly about what's going on. Your clinician is there to help, not to judge.
Sleep, stress, alcohol, and mood are often connected. Your clinician looks at all of it.
Every visit is online. No commute, no waiting room.

Everyone's goals are different. These are some of the most common.

Less time stuck in worry, more room to think clearly.
Better sleep
Nights that actually leave you rested.
More for the people you love
Energy and patience for the relationships that matter.
Back to yourself
Showing up at work and at home like you want to.
